Hi! My name is Jessie and I am a pelvic floor physical therapist. I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and moved to the east coast to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York University.
My initial interest in pelvic health stemmed from exposure during PT school which provided powerful insight into gender bias and how pelvic health concerns, especially women’s, are often dismissed. My mission is to provide a restorative environment to encourage and empower my clients to connect with and heal their bodies.
I have extensive experience practicing pelvic floor physical therapy including previously establishing the Pelvic Health Program for a large physical therapy practice and acting as the Program Director, mentoring dozens of other Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists. I have and continue to stay current with continuing education courses on topics including pelvic pain, exercise and pregnancy, postpartum rehabilitation, bowel and sexual dysfunction.
My passion for pelvic health extends to acting as a lecturer on pelvic floor physical therapy at both New York University and Columbia University, and serving as teaching assistant for multiple pelvic floor continuing education courses through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

Hi! My name is Lital, and I am a pelvic floor physical therapist. I am originally from Maryland and made my way to the New York/New Jersey area to start my PT career. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and then went on to complete a Masters in Public Health and Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northwestern University in Chicago.
I became interested in pelvic health during my masters program, when I developed a passion for maternal health, realizing the gaps that exist within maternal healthcare. My research in public health focused on the ways in which pelvic floor physical therapy can optimize pre and postnatal outcomes. This work ultimately lead me to pursue a career as a pelvic floor physical therapist, and become a certified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist.
After entering the field I quickly realized the value this care holds for so many different patient populations. I then pursued additional continuing education courses and certifications in colorectal, urogynecologic, and men’s pelvic health through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
My goal is to create a comfortable environment that empowers all individuals seeking support for any pelvic health concern. I treat every patient with a mind-body approach, prioritizing not only physical health, but overall well being.
I am treating patients at the Hoboken and Flatiron offices!

Hi, my name is Tuanny, I’m a pelvic floor physical therapist. I was born and raised in Brazil and earned my degree in Physical Therapy from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas. I later completed a residency in Adult Critical Care and received a Master’s degree in Translational Medicine from the Universidade Federal de São Paulo.
I have over 13 years of experience as a physical therapist across intensive care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. Over the years, I have worked with individuals recovering from complex medical, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and musculoskeletal conditions. This diverse background has given me a broad understanding of movement, function, and recovery.
My interest in pelvic health began during physical therapy school when I experienced pelvic floor dysfunction myself. That experience showed me how deeply these symptoms can affect daily life and how life-changing pelvic floor physical therapy can be. This experience inspired me to specialize in pelvic health and continues to guide my compassionate, patient-centered approach.
After relocating to New Jersey, I focused my practice on pelvic health. I enjoy working with clients experiencing pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, pregnancy-related concerns, and postpartum recovery. I have completed advanced training through the American Physical Therapy Association.
I am also passionate about research and education. Throughout my career, I have participated in clinical research, published scientific work, taught healthcare professionals and students, and mentored physical therapy residents. I enjoy combining evidence-based practice with clinical experience to provide personalized, effective care.
My goal is to create a welcoming space where every client feels heard, respected, and supported. I believe in working together to help clients better understand their bodies, overcome challenges, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
I am treating patients in the Hoboken office!

Hi! My name is Jamie and I am Willow Pelvic Health's Administrative Assistant.
I grew up in South Jersey and just moved back to the east coast last summer. Prior to moving, I lived in Los Angeles for four years. In LA, I received pelvic floor therapy myself, and became passionate about sharing this resource with others. I value the field of women’s health and the importance of promoting awareness in this space. Pelvic floor physical therapy treatment offered me an understanding of pelvic floor dysfunction and made me feel heard without judgment. For the first time, I finally started seeing improvement in my symptoms, feeling more relief and had improved confidence in my daily life.
In my free time, you can find me drinking tea with friends, yapping about my latest favorite movie or TV show, writing, hiking, doing yoga, or spending time with my dog, Finn. I'm excited to connect and help you begin your pelvic floor journey!
